I structure engagements to reflect the scope of each corporate statement. Corporate communications can be short documents, but they carry disproportionate influence with influencers and other key stakeholders.

My role is not to replace formal positions but to refine them into language where legal reasoning, investor interpretation, and everyday comprehension intersect.

Hourly Advisory - $250 to $400 per hour

Advisory work may be structured hourly. This format is typically reserved for executive consultation or discrete review requests.

Engagement Philosophy

High-stakes ESG, EHS and DEI disclosures are rarely long, but they are closely read. Short opposition statements influence vote outcomes, proxy advisor analysis, and external scrutiny. My work is focused on ensuring that language at these inflection points is measured, precise, and aligned with a company’s governance. Services are limited to strategic editorial recommendations and do not constitute legal advice.
